Icon Reference
The following table explains the icon graphics that appear on pages and panes in the
Application Processing Module.

Active Indicator | Indicates that the item listed is active within the system. |
|
Add to Favorites | Adds an application to your Favorites list from the Application page. |
|
Automatic Activity | Indicates system activity taken (such as obtaining a credit report or risk score) during application processing workflow activity on the Application History page. |
|
Calendar | Allows you to select a date from a calendar widget. |
|
Collapse Row | Hides the details of a row item in a table. |
|
Collapse Section | Indicates that the details of a section are hidden on the Application page. |
|
Copy Requested Offer | Populates the Counter Offer column with requested offer information on the Application page. |
|
Copy System Offer | Populates the Counter Offer column with system offer information on the Application page. |
|
Create Child Organization | Creates a child organization under a parent organization on the Organizations page. |
|
Decision | Indicates decisioning activity (such as checking for a duplicate application or risk score error) during application processing on the Application History page. |
|
Delete | Deletes selected items. |
|
Download | Downloads error logs on the Application Processing Errors page. |
|
Edit | Indicates that you can edit the selected item. Click the icon to be taken to the appropriate page to apply edits. |

End | Indicates the end of application processing on the Application History page. |
|
Error Alert | Indicates that you have encountered a system error. |
|
Expand Row | Expands the details of a row item in a table. |
|
Expand Section | Indicates that the details of a section are expanded and can be viewed on the Application page. |
|
Filter | Displays search filter functionality to specify various criteria when searching for an application. |
|
Filter On | Indicates that filter functionality is on after clicking the Filter icon. Click to turn filtering off. |
|
Home Address | Indicates the address of the principal, or applicant or co-applicant on the Application Overview page. |
|
Human Activity | Indicates a manual action taken (such as reviewing the application) during application processing on the Application History page. |
|
Identification | Indicates the identification type and number of the applicant or co-applicant on the Application page. |
|
Information Notification | Indicates that the message you are seeing is additional information notified by the system. |
|
Insert Image | Inserts an image within a document template on the Document Templates > Templates > Create Template page. |
|
Insert Keyword | Inserts a keyword within a document template on the Document Templates > Templates > Create Template page. |
|
Move Context | Allows you to move the application from one context to another where the same application is opened for editing. Appears next to the Edit This Application link on the Application page. |

Number of Employees | Indicates the number of employees on the Application page. |
|
Office Address | Indicates the address of the small business on the Application page. |
|
Percentage | Indicates the percentage of ownership of the small business on the Application page. |
|
Phone | Indicates the phone number of the applicant or co-applicant on the Application page. |
|
Registration Number | Indicates the registration number of the small business on the Application page. |
|
Remove from Favorites | Removes an application from your Favorites list on the Application page. |
|
Replace Image | Replaces the selected image with a new, uploaded image on the Document Templates page. |

Retry Action | Retries a failed activity on the Application Processing Errors page. |
|
Score | Indicates the principal score of the small business on the Application page. |
|
Sortable | Indicates that the column is sortable. Click the icon to sort in ascending or descending order. |
|
Start | Indicates the start of application processing on the Application History page. |
|
Success Notification | Indicates a system-generated success notification. |
|
Time Since | Indicates the time since the applicant has had ownership of the small business on the Application page. |
|
View Details | Allows you to view the details of the request and response XML files on the Application History page. |
|
Warning Alert | Indicates a system generated warning that needs attention, but it does not inhibit you from proceeding. |
