Changing and Resetting Passwords

Client system administrators might need to reset a password when they are locked out of the system, forgotten the password, or if the password expires. Password management is provided by the access management system connected to the application.
  1. To send a link to reset password, click Security > Clients.
  2. Select the client to whom the link to reset password must be sent.
  3. In the Edit client page, click Send password reset link.
    An email is sent to the email address of the client system administrator with instructions to reset password.
