Decision Module Communication Issues
The
Application Processing Module communicates with the
Decision Module using Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) over Internet Protocol (IP).
- No connection to the Decision Module server—This occurs if the Decision Module server is down, or there is a network problem.
- Application not found returned—This occurs if the application has not been deployed in the Decision Module server.
- Error returned from the Decision Module—Details about the error appear in the error message that is returned.
- Timeout of the call to the Decision Module—This may occur if the application or server goes down while processing, or because a large configuration is taking a long time to process.
