Introduction
The FICO Origination Manager Application Processing Module User's Guide describes the FICO Origination Manager Application Processing Module for business users and administrators.
For business users such as data entry clerks, credit analysts, customer service representatives, supervisors, and managers, it describes creating applications, entering and updating application data, obtaining credit report and scoring data, and processing applications through the system.
For administrators, it contains instructions for defining decision strategy parameters, adding and maintaining users and workgroups, printing and reviewing reports, importing and exporting data, managing the Application Processing Module, and monitoring daily application processing activities.
Note that the Application Processing Module is highly configurable. This guide describes the default implementation. In details such as types of applications to process and fields in data entry pages, your implementation may differ.

Multi-tenancy allows multiple customer or organizations to share a single instance of a software application and its resources and artifacts. APM supports multi-tenancy. A single installation of a software serves multiple tenants or clients. A tenant is a client or customer. A client is an organization such as a financial institution or an insurance company that can set up business policy rules and application processing parameters to process loan applications. Users of each tenant can access only their data. Each tenant has a tenant administrator and multiple users. - Base and Template Applications
Origination Manager Application Processing Module comes preconfigured with four FICO Application Studio applications: abase
application (OM APM), a "common" application that provides components common to the templates (OM APM Common), and threetemplate
applications (OM APM Consumer, OM APM Synchronous Consumer, and OM APM Small Business). - Business Bureaus
