Task Menu

The task menu lists the application and administrative options that are available to you based on your assigned group or roles. This menu appears at the top of every page in the system except for the Home page.

Note: This topic describes the preconfigured options on the task menu and provides an example of what is possible for the client-specific task menu.

Use the task menu to access the following pages or options from any point within the system:
  • Create Application—Displays a page where users can create applications; the name of this page may vary depending on the selected line-of-business template.
  • Processing Errors—Displays the Application Processing Errors page, which lists the applications that encountered processing errors. Click an application number to access the erroneous application.
  • Search Application—Displays the Search page, from which you can locate and view applications.
  • Security—Displays the security navigation pane, where security administrators can access the Users, Groups, User Passwords, Clients, and Locked Applications pages.
  • Queues—Displays a list of the queues to which you are assigned. Click a queue name to access the applications filtered to that queue.
  • Reports—Displays a list of the reports if you are granted access to reports. Click a report name to access the page for that report, provide input criteria, and execute it, and then if needed, export it to Microsoft Excel.
  • System Admin—Provides access to the administration navigation pane where administrators can configure queues, categories, populations, products, CRAs, rates, fees, and so on. The page displayed depends on the setup items to which you have been granted access.
