Getting Started
Use the options on the
Home page to access your applications, queues, reports, and system administration options based on the groups and roles with which you are associated.
The menu located at the top of all pages provides access to basic functions, such as Help, and to Favorites, from which you can access applications that you have added to your Favorites list.
The Home page serves as the main area from where applications can be accessed and worked on by users. It also provides a way to access items or pages you have recently worked on so that you can quickly navigate to those pages or options.

- Logging On
Access to the system is controlled through user names and passwords. Based on the configuration, users can log in using an email address or a username. A user may be assigned to one or more groups. Users and groups are granted a variety of roles (which represent permissions) to access different features or functionality within the application. - The Home Page
After you log on, the Home page appears; it provides access to your applications, queues, reports, system administrative options, and items you have recently worked on within the system. If you have access to multiple line of business templates, you can also switch between the templates (for example, Consumer, Synchronous Consumer, and Small Business) from the Home page. - Accessing the Administration Navigation Pane
The administration navigation pane lists the administrative options that are available to you based on your assigned group or roles. - Task Menu
The task menu lists the application and administrative options that are available to you based on your assigned group or roles. This menu appears at the top of every page in the system except for the Home page. - Changing User Settings
Administrators with the proper permissions assign a user name when creating a user. - Accessing the Security Page
The security page lists the user and group security options that are available to you based on your assigned group or roles. - Concurrent Editing
For any lists of items that administrators can edit, such as queues, rates, categories, populations, products, fees, CRA configurations, organizations, loan sources, document template keywords, domain values, groups, and users, the system prevents multiple users from making changes at the same time. - Logging Off
There is only one correct way to exit the system. It is very important to log off at the end of each session before closing the window or proceeding to a different URL so that the old session is cleaned up.
