Editing Client Information

You can add or delete the line of business templates and workflow steps that are available to the client. You can search for a client and edit the client details. You cannot edit the email address and client code. Clients and their system administrators cannot update their own information.
  1. In the task menu, click Security > Clients.
  2. (Optional) In the Search field, enter the search criteria, and then click Search.
  3. Click the client that you want to modify.
    The Edit client page opens.
  4. Make the changes as required, and then click Save.
