My Queues
The
My Queues pane on the
Home page provides a way to view and access queues you are assigned to.
Queues are groupings of applications selected based on a defined criteria; they control the sequence in which applications become available and the persons who can access them.
Users and groups can be assigned to queues using the
Queues management page.
The queues displayed in the
My Queues pane are the queues assigned to you directly or through a group.
If queues have not been enabled for your groups or roles, no queues appear in the My Queues pane.
