Viewing and Analyzing Application Data
Use the
Application page to view all of the data available for an existing application.
The Application page includes the application ID assigned by the system when the application was saved or submitted, the status (such as Pending Decline Archive) assigned to the application in accordance with the workflow processing steps as designed for the product category, panes containing application data, and links to other pages. Depending on your role and the status of the application, you may see the following panes and options on the page:

Application information located at the upper right side of the page includes the following information:
- Credit application no.: The application ID assigned by the system when the application was submitted.
- dated: (Date of Entry) The date the application was submitted.
- by: The name of the person who created the application.
- Loan officer: The name of the loan officer who is currently working on the application.
- Organization: A business group within the tenant that may be distinguished by business purpose or geographical location; for example, the BankABC tenant may have two organizations based on lending products: the Consumer organization and the Small Business organization. Settings such as CRA parameters and user access can be specified for each organization.
- Loan Source: An organization for which loans are processed. Use the loan source maintenance feature to maintain detailed information on loan origination sources (that send loan applications to your institution) such as dealers, branches, and stores. The information that you can store includes the source identification number, business name, address, and source contact information.
