Selecting an Application from a Queue
Use the My Queues pane on the Home page to view and access the queues assigned to you through a user, or assigned to a group of which you are a member.
 | Note: When you are working on the priority queue, you cannot select an application from the list. The applications in the priority queue are displayed in the sequence determined by your administrator.

You can also select a queue from the Queues option on the task menu and access an application from there.
