Making Application Decisions
An application may be placed in Pending Credit Offer Entry status by the system.
The review process consists of opening the application, reviewing and evaluating all gathered data, and approving, conditionally approving—that is overriding the system decision, or declining the application.
Decision options include the following:
- Accepting or declining an application
- Withdrawing the application
Data available for review and evaluation include the following:
- Application decision information
- Credit offer information
- Covered Topics
- Approving or Declining Applications
When an application requires a manual review and decision by an analyst or manager, it is placed in a queue your administrator may have defined for pending reviews where you can access and review all gathered data and make a decision, or request additional data. With synchronous consumer applications, there is no queue and you can open the application directly.
