Service Errors
You may encounter errors during a service call.
The process of resolving a service error begins when you access erroneous applications that are in the application processing errors queue.
For example, after accessing the application processing errors queue, you can open an application, make corrections, and then resubmit the application for processing. You can also view the application history and click Retry Activity to view the request and response and then retry the activity again from the point of failure. After you perform an action, the application moves out of the application processing errors queue until it fails again.
