Resolving Service Errors

Use the Processing Errors queue or a queue you may have defined for service errors to troubleshoot and solve an issue with acquiring data from an Origination Manager module such as the Data Acquisition Module, Analytic Module, or Decision Module.
After you correct the error, the Application Processing Module continues to process the application.
  1. Perform one of the following steps to access an application with a service error:
    • Access the queue you may have defined for service errors to automatically display an application with a service error.
    • Search for an application in one of the pending error resolution statuses. Select the application and open it.
  2. After you locate an application with a error in the Application History page, click Retry Activity next to the failed interface. The application attempts to execute the activity again from the point of failure.
  3. Click View Error Detail to display detailed information about the selected service error in the Error Detail pane.
    Note: Error details for applications that have an error from the Data Acquisition Module are not translated if you are using a localized version of the Application Processing Module.
  4. Determine what the problem is. For example, if the error has to do with the application data, then update the application to resolve the issue.
