Activating and Deactivating Domain Values

Each domain value in the Application Processing Module has a status of either Active or Inactive. Administrators with the proper permissions can activate or deactivate domain values.
You may not want all of the domain values to be available for use. For example, you may want to apply an Inactive status to domain values that are still under construction or are awaiting review by management.
  1. In the administration navigation pane, click Domain Values and then click the Edit icon in the row for which you want to activate or deactivate the domain value.
  2. (Optional) In the search area field, enter search filter criteria and click Search.
  3. Perform one of the following actions:
    • To deactivate a domain value, select the check box next to the entry row and click Deactivate.
    • To activate a domain value, click Show inactive <Domain Value Name> or Show all, select the check box next to the entry row, and click Activate.

You can also use the Status field on the Users > Edit <Domain Value Entity Name> page. Select Active to activate a user or Inactive to deactivate a domain value.
