Adding Business Bureau Configurations

Use the Business Bureau > Create Business Bureau page to set up information such as the user name and password when using a business bureau such as D&B to obtain business credit reports for small business applications.

Note that you can create multiple configurations for the same business bureau. Any changes made to business bureau configurations are effective immediately in the system.

  1. In the administration navigation pane, click Business Bureau.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Enter the user name and password associated with your business bureau account. By default, the password is masked as you enter it. To view the password, click Show. The password appears briefly.
    The user name and password are provided by the business bureau.
  4. Click Create.
