Setting up Business Bureaus
The
Application Processing Module provides an example configuration to enable connectivity to third party business bureaus. If you require business bureau data, you will need to implement new integrations to business bureaus using
FICO Application Studio.
Information configured in the setup section can be used in the inquiry data sent to business bureaus. Business bureaus collect data from banks, suppliers, finance companies, and business owners; collect public records such as tax liens, bankruptcies, and judgments; and compile this data into business credit reports.
Administrators with the requisite permissions can configure one or more business bureaus and set up the user name and password for each one.
![]() | Note: The
Application Processing Module does not call the
Data Acquisition Module to obtain business bureau data. The
Data Acquisition Module is only used to obtain consumer credit report data.
