Searching for an Application
Use the
Search Application feature to search for a specific application
. After you find it, you can view, edit, or process it, depending on the roles assigned to you.
- From the Home page or from the task menu, click Search Application.

(Optional) In the search area field, enter search filter criteria and click
Search.
By default, your system may be configured to perform a partial search for an application based on the following information:
- Application Number
- Applicant Unique Identification Number
- Applicant Home Phone
- Applicant Name
This information is configurable from the Search page.
The system validates the search criteria. Each row in the results list contains the following information (the list is customizable and the following available fields may vary):See Also: For more information about how to configure the fields in the Search page, see the FICO Origination Manager Application Processing Module Administrator's Guide.- Application ID
- Applicant Name
- Applicant ID Number
- Applicant Home Phone
- Application Status
- Date Entered
- Application Loan Officer
- Loan Source
- (Optional) If you want to use filters to refine your search criteria, click the Filter icon; enter or select information in the fields that appear below the column headings, and then click Search.
- (Optional) Sort the results list by clicking on a column heading, if sorting of search results has been configured for your company.
- (Optional) Click the Expand Row icon to see the minimal, non-configurable details of application.

To open and process an application, click the
application number.
The application number, its status, decision scores, credit offer details, and other application details are displayed.

In the open application, click any of the
links
that may appear on the page, such as
Edit this application,
Application History,
Withdraw Application,
Back to Search, or
Add to Favorites (options are based on your role and the status of the application).
