Activating and Deactivating Loan Sources

Each loan source in the Application Processing Module has a status of either Active or Inactive.
You may not want all of the loan sources to be available for use. For example, you may want to apply an Inactive status to loan sources that are still under construction or are awaiting review by management.
  1. In the administration navigation pane, click Loan Sources.
  2. (Optional) In the search area field, enter search filter criteria and click Search.
  3. Perform one of the following actions:
    • To deactivate a loan source, select the check box next to the entry row and click Deactivate.
    • To activate a loan source, click Show inactive loan sources or Show all, select the check box next to the entry row, and click Activate.
