The following sample workflow is provided. Use the graphical representation of a workflow to to understand how to create a workflow. The workflow starts when a credit application is submitted. The initial step is the workflow submission.

Credit application is filled in and submitted.
If duplicate check is enabled, the application moves to pending duplicate review.
On review: Not duplicate- application moves to Pending review resolution.
On review: Duplicate - application moves to Pending withdrawal archive.
If duplicate check is not enabled, application moves to Pending review resolution.
In Pending review resolution:
If approved, application moves to Pending verification.
if declined, application moves to Pending decline archive. Decline letter is issued.
In Pending verification:
If verified, application moves to Approval archive. Offer letter is generated.
If not verified, application goes to Decline archive.
