Setting CRA Access Parameters

Use the CRA Configuration > Create CRA page to set up account information and online credit bureau scoring model preferences when using Equifax US, Experian, and TransUnion US to obtain credit reports for applicants.

Note that any changes made to CRA configurations are effective immediately in the system.

  1. In the administration navigation pane, click CRA Configuration.
  2. Select the CRA for which you want to configure access parameters.
  3. Specify the access parameters for the CRA selected.
The information that you need to specify depends on the CRA that you selected.
  4. In the Online CRA score 1 model drop-down list, select an online credit bureau scoring model value for score 1.
The list of available models is restricted to those models supported by the CRA you specified above. For example, if you selected Equifax from the CRA drop-down list, you can only choose the models available through Equifax in the Online CRA score 1 model and Online CRA score 2 model drop-down lists.
Note: For more information, see CRA Scoring Model Inquiry Parameter Values in the FICO Origination Manager Application Processing Module Developer's Guide.
  5. In the Online CRA score 2 model drop-down list, select an online credit bureau scoring model value for score 2. It cannot be the same value as the one you selected for score 1.
  6. Select the MLA flag if you want the CRA to send the information if the applicant is an MLA covered borrower or not.
  7. Select the Fraud request flag if you want the CRA to send fraud score or alert for the application.
  8. Click Create.
