Activating and Deactivating the Archiving Schedule

To activate or deactivate the archiving schedule, use the Activate or Deactivate button for the schedule's timer for the client in FICO Application Studio Manager.
  1. Log on to FICO Application Studio Manager with administrator credentials and select Factory > eSpaces.
  2. In the list of eSpaces, click the link for the om_apm_archive module.
  3. In the Tenants tab, select the tenant.
  4. In the Timers tab, select the check box for the Archive timer.
  5. Perform one of the following actions:
    • To deactivate the schedule, stop the timer by clicking Deactivate.
    • To activate the schedule, resume the timer by clicking Activate.
