Application Archiving
The application archiving process moves credit application data that is no longer needed from the active database to an archive folder.
The application is exported to an XML file when it is archived. Use FICO Application Studio Manager to specify the criteria (number of oldest applications or a comma-separated list of applications) for archiving. By default, applications are removed from the active database when they are archived, but you can configure this behavior. You can also configure the location where you want archived applications to be stored.
In multi-tenant environments, application archive processing runs individually for each tenant; each tenant can archive credit applications on a different schedule.
