Importing a Workflow

If you want to move or migrate a workflow from one environment to another or from one client to another, use the Import and Export functionality. You can import a workflow into APM. The import file must be a JSON file. A new workflow is created from the imported file with same name as the file. If a workflow already exists with the same name, APM creates a new version of the workflow. If the imported workflow contains a step that has an identical name as that of an existing step, the system replaces the existing step with the imported workflow step.
  1. Log on to the APM user interface.
  2. In the administration navigation pane, click Workflows.
  3. Click Import.
  4. Browse to the location of the file and select the file.
    The file must be a JSON file.
  5. Click Upload.
The workflow and its steps are created. You can see the workflow in the list of workflows and the steps in the list of workflow steps.
