You can preview the steps in a workflow to check the application processing logic and correct any mistakes in the workflow. A preview displays the steps in the form of a workflow diagram. - Editing a Workflow
Users with the ManageWorkflow role can edit workflows. You can search for a workflow and open it for editing. - Exporting a Workflow
If you want to move or migrate a workflow from one environment to another or from one client to another, use the Import and Export functionality. You can download a workflow in JSON format, and then import that workflow into another environment or client. - Importing a Workflow
If you want to move or migrate a workflow from one environment to another or from one client to another, use the Import and Export functionality. You can import a workflow into APM. The import file must be a JSON file. A new workflow is created from the imported file with same name as the file. If a workflow already exists with the same name, APM creates a new version of the workflow. If the imported workflow contains a step that has an identical name as that of an existing step, the system replaces the existing step with the imported workflow step. - Viewing Workflow Versions
Every time you make a change to a workflow and save the changes, a new version of the workflow is created. You can view information, such as who modified the workflow and when it was modified. - Deleting a Workflow Version
You can delete workflow version that you no longer need. When you delete a workflow version, a soft delete is performed.
