Modifying the Archiving Schedule

The archiving schedule can be specified on a per-client basis. Use FICO Application Studio Manager to change the settings of the Archive timer, which defines the schedule.
  1. Log on to FICO Application Studio Manager with administrator credentials and select Factory > eSpaces.
  2. In the list of eSpaces, click the link for the om_apm_archive module.
  3. Click the Tenants tab and select the tenant.
  4. In the Timers tab, click the link for the Archive timer.
  5. On the Timer Archive page, specify the time at which applications must be archived. In the Time field for Effective Schedule, enter a value in hh:mm format (for example, 00:30). If you want archiving to happen at several different times, provide a list of times separated by spaces. To have archiving occur at regular intervals (for example, every 30 minutes), specify the time interval and click Generate.
  6. From the Days drop-down list, select a value for the days when archiving should occur.
  7. Leave the default value of the Priority field as is.
  8. (Optional) Specify a value for the Timeout period.
    This is the time the system waits for the archiving process to complete. The default value is 60 minutes. If the archiving process fails to complete within this time, the system will abort the process and retry it. You may want to adjust the Timeout period based on the number of applications specified in the archiving criteria.
  9. Click Apply.
