Viewing Workflow Versions

Every time you make a change to a workflow and save the changes, a new version of the workflow is created. You can view information, such as who modified the workflow and when it was modified.
  1. Log on to the APM user interface.
  2. In the administration navigation pane, click Workflows.
  3. (Optional) In the Search field, enter the search string to search for the workflow and then click Search.
  4. Select the workflow to modify, and then click the Edit icon for that row.
  5. In the Edit workflow page, click Version in the top right-hand corner.
    The Workflow History window opens.
  6. View the versions of the workflow.
    You can edit or delete any workflow version.
    Note: When you edit a workflow and save the changes, the system saves the version as the latest version of the workflow.
  7. To close the window, click the Close button (X).
