Managing Workflow Steps
You can manage the steps in a workflow from the
Workflow Steps page. You can view, create, edit, and delete the workflow steps. The
Workflow Steps page lists all the workflow steps that are configured.
You can search for a workflow step that you want to view, edit, or delete. The Search field on the Workflow Steps page allows you to find a workflow step by the name. If DAM steps are authorized to any client, then the FICO administrator cannot delete such steps.

A workflow consists of steps that route the application processing from one step to another till the application is either approved or declined. Before you configure a workflow, you must create all the steps that the workflow uses. Add a workflow step from the Workflow Steps page. - Editing a Workflow Step
Edit a workflow step if you wish to make changes to the step. - Deleting a Workflow Step
You can delete a workflow step, if you no longer need it in your workflows. Before your delete a workflow step, ensure that no workflow uses the step.
