- Default Workflow
A preconfigured default workflow (SyncConsumerWorkflow) is provided with Application Processing Module. You can view the workflow on the Workflows page. You can use the preconfigured workflow as a starting point to understand how to configure a workflow. The steps used in the workflow are preconfigured and available in the Workflow Steps page. You can create your own workflow to suit your business needs and then, designate that as the default workflow. - Workflow Versioning
Each workflow has a version history. Whenever a user makes a change to a workflow and saves the changes, a new version of the workflow is created. If a workflow is the default workflow, the changes are applicable even to the applications that are currently being processed by the earlier version of the workflow. - Threshold for Number of Steps in a Synchronous Workflow
For each client or tenant, you can limit the number of steps that can be present in a workflow. If the number of steps exceeds the limit or threshold, the workflow stops executing after reaching the threshold. The number of steps that can be added to a workflow is decided by the site property, EVENTS_THRESHOLD in the om_core eSpace.
