Resolving Application Issues
If the Application Processing Module encounters an issue when processing a submitted application, the application is placed in the appropriate queue for resolution by an analyst.
Based on the lines of business your system supports, the Application Processing Module may include templates for the Consumer line of business, which cater to consumer credit application processing (Consumer and Synchronous Consumer), and a template for the Small Business line of business, which caters to small business credit application processing.

Fraud resolution is a human task to determine whether an application should be flagged as a fraud application and if the application should be withdrawn.
